Your home is your most valuable investment, so when you embark on the journey of building one, you need to make sure your hard-earned money is not wasted. You want to get what you pay for, while also having the reassurance that you’re getting a high-quality end result.
This is exactly our aim when we build your dream home. Our process is designed in such a way that it makes the challenging task of constructing a brand new home as easy and relaxing as possible for you.
We work hand in hand with you from start to finish and guide you through each step of the design and building process. We also make sure you understand what to expect during each step as we go.

16 Easy Steps To Get Your Dream Home
A detailed process is a good process. We make sure that you know exactly what the scope of work will be and what to expect when getting your dream home constructed by us. Our goal is to make sure you always know what happens with your home.
1. Phone Consultation
Get in touch with us by giving us a call or filling out our form. Tell us what type of house you have in mind and what it looks like. Give us as much detail as possible so we can get a clear idea of the project. Once we have more details, we’ll schedule you an in-home meeting to get your project started.
2. In-home Meeting For Planning
This is the discovery phase. We have a meeting at your place or in one of our already constructed homes and talk more about your project. We sit down with you and talk in-depth about what you envision in your dream home — we go room by room, space by space — and see how we can help you make that dream a reality. We discuss size, budget, possibilities, and decide which direction we will be going.
If you need a lot, we can assist you in choosing the best location and land for your new home.
3. Design Floor Plan
Whether you already have a floor plan picked out or need to develop one from scratch, we can work with you to draft and finalize the design of your home.
If you have a floor plan, we sign a design agreement together with you where you get those plans drawn up by a draftsman and prepare them for build.
4. Ballpark Pricing
After the design is complete we will give you ballpark pricing. We then fine tune the price according to your budget and the materials, finishes, and features you want in your dream home.
5. Selection Of Materials
When selecting the materials for your home, we can guide you through those decisions or recommend other professionals if you want. Once we have a clear idea of the materials and cost, we’ll draft the final proposal.
6. Finalize And Sign Contract
After the budget and design are approved, we sort out the technical aspects of the project, finalize the contract, and get it signed.
7. Help You With Financing
In case you need financing, we help you get the paperwork prepared with all the details of the project so you can send them to your bank for financing options.
8. Construction Begins
Without any further delay we start construction and get to work on building you the custom home you’ve always wanted.
9. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before any major building happens, we’ll have a pre-job walkthrough to see how your house fits on the lot and address any questions you may have.
10. Pre-Drywall Walkthrough
The skeleton of the house is up and we are ready to put in the drywall, but first we make sure you are happy with the layout and ready for the next step.
We inspect the electrical configuration as well as other layout details. We’ll always be consulting the floor plan to make sure the end result is exactly what you want.
11. 21-Day Walkthrough
21 days before completion, we’ll have another walkthrough to inform you on the progress. Get ready to create a punch list of things you want to be changed, added, or addressed, and let us know if you have any questions.
12. 7-Day Walkthrough
7 days before project completion, we’ll go through your punch list, inspect how things are going, and write down the final details that need to be addressed.
13. 1-Day Walkthrough
1 day before completion we walk through the house again to go over completed items on the punch list. We take care of any final touch-ups so you can prepare to take the keys to your dream home.
You’ve made it to the finish line! Your dream home is ready for you and we hand you the keys to your home. Get ready to relax and enjoy a beautiful space that has you written all over it.
15. 60-Day Punch List
60 days after moving into your home, you already know if anything is missing or if there are any changes you’d like to make. We give you the opportunity to create a final punch list of things that you want changed or tweaked and we’ll make them happen.
16. 11-Month Follow Up
We want to make sure you’re happy in your home long after we’re done, so we have a 12 month warranty in place for you.
11 months after moving into your new home, we follow-up to make sure everything is perfect and that you are enjoying your home to the fullest. If anything does not correlate with your vision or something comes up along the way, we make sure to address it.
